We take diversity and inclusion very seriously. Every day we see how much stronger we are as a team when we listen to different points of view.

We also understand that being inclusive is just the start. We need to encourage others to think inclusively and support diversity. With that in mind, we created a Belonging, Inclusivity and Diversity committee, and have set up a student mentorship scheme, supported PRIDE, hosted talks and created resources on race, gender and neurodiversity.
